Trimming and Threading Machines

V&O supplied trimmers and threaders for multiple applications

Trimming and threading machines are used for trimming, threading and beading shells and tubes ranging from 5/8" to 8-1/2" in diameter, and in lenghts up to 48 inches.

These machines operate at speeds from 20 to 60 parts per minute and can be supplied with threading or trimming attachments, automatic feed and automatic lubrication

Because of the automatic natures of these machines they can easily be incorporated in to automation lines as an intermediate machine to trim, thread or bead parts coming off a draw press.

Rebuilt machines are supplied with the latest electronics to incorporate locking enclosure safety switches, operator E-Stop, programable speed conrtol and oil pressure monitoring.
